Registration

The congress will be held both on-site and via on-demand streaming.
Please note that live streaming is NOT available.

Registration Period (JAPAN STANDARD TIME)

Early bird registration: Wednesday, May 13, 2026 – Wednesday, June 10, 2026
Standard registration: Thursday, June 11, 2026 – Friday, August 28, 2026

Registration Fees

• Employees of companies cannot choose "Medical Staff," "Junior Resident," or "Undergraduate Student" categories (whether JAS members or non-members).
• Graduate students must pay the registration fee (whether JAS members or non-members).
• For junior residents and undergraduate students, the registration is free. Please upload the proof of status (student ID or resident ID) from the registration system.

How to Register

Registration for participation requires a Medical Prime account.
*This is not a registration for membership in the JAS , so please be aware of this.

【For new Medical Prime members】

1. Please click the "Registration (Medical Prime)" button below.
2. Create your new account from "please sign-up".
   Fill in the columns, and finally click the "Proceed to confirmation screen" button, please.
3. You will receive an email from "Medical Prime メディカルプライム".
   Click the URL in the body of the email.
4. Please connect to "Registration (Medical Prime)" button again.
   Please click "Log-in" and fill in your e-mail address and password.
5. Click on the red band, and enter the items, and finally click the "Register" button, please.
6. Across the confirmation page, connect to the payment page. Please click "Next" button.
7. Please input your credit card information.
   The accepted credit card types are VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club.
8. After the payment is completed, you can download the participation certificate and receipt from My Page.

【For existing Medical Prime members】

1. Please click the "Registration (Medical Prime)" button below.
2. After logging in with your account information (email address and password), Click on the red band, and enter the items, and finally click the "Register" button, please.
3. Across the confirmation page, connect to the payment page. Please click "Next" button.
4. Please input your credit card information.
   The accepted credit card types are VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club.
5. After the payment is completed, you can download the participation certificate and receipt from My Page.

Registration（Medical Prime)

After the payment is completed and you log in, the red band will change to a green band.
Once it turns green, all functions will become available.
If you have already paid the participation fee but the banner remains red even after logging in, please contact the Meeting Secretariat.

Payment Method

We accept credit card payments only.
The accepted credit card types are VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club.
(The billing statement from the credit card company will show "Medical Prime" as the billing name.)

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellation after payment for any reasons.
Please be careful not to make multiple registrations.

Program & Abstracts are coming soon.
After you complete your registration and payment, the PDF will become available for viewing.
Please note that the content will be provided in Japanese.
Also, please be aware that no printed booklet will be provided.

Participation certificate and Receipt

Please log in to Medical Prime and download from your My Page.*
If you are attending on-site, please be sure to download and print your participation certificate and bring it with you to the venue.
*Participation certificates will be available for download from 10:00 AM on Monday, June 29.
